At Lost Behavior, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return your items under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
✅ Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We do not cover return shipping fees.
✅ We do not accept returns on final sale items.

 

Refund Process:

💰 Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
💰 You will be refunded the purchase price of the items only—original shipping costs are non-refundable.
💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

1️⃣ Email us at info@lostbehavior.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide you with the return address.
3️⃣ Ship the items back to us. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
